Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Samael ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our") and the user ("User," "you," or "your"). By accessing or utilizing our non-refundable virtual piece of code ("Product"), you expressly agree to adhere to and be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. License

The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal purposes. This license is contingent upon the conditions detailed in this Agreement and does not confer ownership of the Product.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of the Provider. Purchasing the Product does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

3. Payment and Refunds

All transactions involving the Product are final and non-refundable. By acquiring the Product, you agree to the specified payment amount, and no refunds will be provided.

4. Support

The Provider will make reasonable efforts to provide support for the Product. However, the provision of support is entirely at the discretion of the Provider and is provided free of charge. Users must request support as needed.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits or revenues.
